Medphoenix provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. JNMC allow readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allow readers to use them for any other lawful purpose, as long as the author and journal are properly credited, which ensures maximum dissemination and a wider impact of our publications.

All research articles are published under a Creative Commons license (CC-BY 4.0) license and are fully open  access  (Gold  Open  Access)  that  allows  authors/readers  to  make  published articles immediately freely available online to read, download and share. The authors who publish their article in the JNMC retain the copyrights and moral rights.
